Stole Submission Process (NOW CLOSED)
The Spring ‘24 Stole Form Is Officially Closed!
Read all of the forms below in its entirety
Fill out your stole design using the “Stole Design Form”
Purchase your Stole and keep track of your order number!
Complete the “Graduation Stole Form” and Submit your “Stole Design Form”
***Be sure to include your order Confirmation Number from step 3***
Do not order your stole if you do not have your design layout ready to upload. They need to be submitted together.
Spring ‘24 Graduates Please Read Before Completing The Form Below (CLOSED)
Stoles orders are first come, first served as orders are made and shipped contingent on the order they are received along with payment
We are only accepting a limited number of submissions once that number is reached the stole form will close promptly!
You will receive a response via email within 48-72 hours regarding your stole submission if we have any concerns, if not you will not hear from us until your design layout is ready.
Our turnaround time at the moment ranges from four weeks to six weeks depending on order of submissions.
The latest fall stoles will be shipped out is the week of April 1, 2024.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your item by a specific date before this timeframe. We advise you to not schedule any photoshoots until you receive your items.
We are not responsible for any rescheduled shoots due to our policy being communicated prior to excepting your order.
We are not responsible for errors once your stole is created and shipped. You are sent the design layout prior to the stole being created for you to make corrections.
If glitter vinyl is selected keep in mind you will not be able to see it digitally, however; if it is noted on your design form it will be used on the stole.
Once all stoles are completed by the week of April 1, 2024, we will open the form again for Summer ‘24 graduates at the end of May.
